It is always said that a good diagram is worth more than a long speech. The following diagram presents the relationships that exist between the different Spanish tenses. We can clearly see that from the first person of the present indicative, the preterite and the infinitive of a verb, we can form almost all of the conjugation of a verb. Once we remember this, all that remains is to remember the endings.
